This company exudes customer service! From the moment Michele came to our house and walked us through the process, she explained everything thoroughly, was open about the pricing, and whenever we asked about doing something different, it was always, "yes, we will figure that out." Sometimes sales people are great, but then the crew gets to your home and it's a different story...not with this company.  The crew was beyond nice, they explained everything, answered all of our questions, and did an amazing job. (Oh and did I mention they did it in below zero weather).  The foreman even promised if we had any questions to give him a call and left his number - who does that!? Our garage is completely transformed and exactly what was promised. This company needs to bottle up and teach other companies how to train, hire and follow through - it's clear they have a mission and their staff are brand believers.  Can you tell we are impressed? WE ARE!!

You begin the process sitting down and laying out your dream garage. There's excitement. But it's nothing compared to the excitement you have when you see what your garage looks like when it's complete! It's truly amazing and I'm so glad I went with Hello Garage. The team was fantastic and did an amazing job!

My overall experience was fantastic from my first meeting with Michele.  She provided my vision and showed me all of my possibilities.  After deciding on exactly what I wanted, I was put on the schedule for the first opening.  Along the way, I was in constant contact with someone from the team.  On the day of the installation, the team arrived on time and finished the project in one day.  I did decide to add on more items while they were onsite.  I was placed back on the schedule within the next few days and had my perfect dream garage finished within the week.  From the installers to the sales team, my overall experience was top notch.  I now love being in my garage and all of my friends and family want a new garage.  Thank you Hello Garage for giving my vision a reality!

Can a billboard ad lead to a truly remarkable experience?  In my case, a resounding YES!! From the initial phone call to the expedient design meeting, my desire for a modern, organized and useful garage hopes were met.  Fast, courteous, and knowledgeable workmanship followed, and my home has what feels like a NEW WING!
